Autistic Spectrum Conditions survey

NHS Brighton and Hove, and Brighton and Hove City Council are conducting a needs assessment of adults with autistic spectrum conditions in the city.

Obtaining information from as many people as possible is the only way we can get a complete and accurate picture of peoples’ satisfaction with services in Brighton and Hove.

The closing date for the survey will be Tuesday 25th January 2011.

The information you provide will be treated in confidence and safely secured by Brighton and Hove City Council and NHS Brighton and Hove. It will be used to produce statistics that will not identify you or your individual responses. We will publish the results when the survey is complete.
